I'd recommend you grab a decent rez map online and add your notes on that. When you mark a location, also note which server. #1 the markers wont dissappear after restart #2 I play on a server without side/global and still see markers on the map. Must be a bug, but these markers are either made in direct/vehicle/group and I can stop them.

They spawn in baracks and crash sites. They have some 25 magazines it them.

Berezino are already desirable for survivors, who avoid the desirable raiding spots, plus it already has a military camp. It's a nice quiet place with a quite a few great locations, no need to make buff the loot and invite servers hoppers to the east coast.

Comming for ArmA3, maybe it will reach ArmA2 in a patch at some point, but I don't expect it.

Hey you get what you get. If you want a flawless experience you're better off with those scripted AAA mainstream shooters developed for console controllers. They are smooth as silk, because what you can actually do is very limited and they blow half the budget on marketing. If you want something a little more complicated than a rail shooter, you have to find an indie developer and accept some hickups. If you can't maybe you should stay with the arcade shooters, who can afford advertising on TV.

I think the only sniper scope you can use with NVGs are the DMR's. I don't even know why, but you can for some reason. NVGs are not really built for aiming through scopes, but in ArmA you can use NVGs with iron sight, CCO sights and the DMR sight. I think IRL you don't use sights with NVGs, you turn on your laser pointers, point your beam at your target and fire.
