Fair enough, as far as I know hydroelectric plants do not run/maintain themselves though. I've had the pleasure of changing the cables on the flood gates for a few and the reservoir levels are constantly manipulated to avoid catastrophic failures. Didn't see any solar grids at nwaf but that seems pretty plausible considering they're the end marker lights that I saw which could be enough to hit the tarmac in an emergency.

They know goddamn well know they'd just be able to dodge some easy zeds and get on with pew-pewing at each other in big cities. .55 was broken in some ways but so was the .54 placeholder loot system before it and most of the complaints complaints from the casuals are about thing that we were told were going to happen. You disregard that this game is supposed to be fucking hard, unforgiving, tedious, and lead to disappointment and then say "I don't like it, change it". I still haven't seen any polls or stats proving this "majority" and you or I never will so quit saying it, you look stupid.

Was it just me or are some of the runway lights at nwaf working? As far as electricity for streetlights etc. The one and only power plant has smokestacks making me think it's coal fired, maybe NG. Anyone who thinks the apple picking is tedious would love the constantly feeding fuel and gauge minding required to keep a fuel-steam-electric plant running and not exploding. I love the 19hr day cycle idea though, I play in about the same time range weekdays and the only time I get to see the sun on my favorite public server is on Wednesdays and the weekend now presuming I'm not hung over and up early enough.

I think us "hardcore elitist douchebags" forget that this is the only videogame in the whole world and should conform to everyone's wants and idea if fun perfectly. It's really a simple thing to do considering there are no other choices and everybody like exactly the same things.

I was watching both feeds side by side and allot of the time they were actually showing exactly the same thing. It seemed like the second feed was scouting for the first but failed to move on looking for the next bit of action more often than not.

The private low pop I liked is gone too, there's a good chance the "owner" stopped paying their bill.

Me too, the commentators didn't seem to have any communication with the officials? They seemed just as confused as us watching as to why.

I wasn't complaining, I have a nice house and yard full of things I enjoy more than the company of most people ;)

I watched it for the first time today and even with it's shortcomings was thoroughly entertained. The commentary for the parts they were actually able to keep track of was really good and they did get a few intense moments. From someone who has no interest in televised sports I can now see the appeal of listening to some jackoff talking about who's doing what with the ball, puck, what have you. I'm looking forward to more of these as the game matures and would really like to see more good players as opposed to "personalities".

If you stop and go while they're doing that ride on the back thing you can kill them when they run into the back of the truck. I completely cleared NWAF doing in about 10 minutes the other day.

I use three screen spanning and up until a patch or 2 ago had to use it windowed. If the game got minimized I had to use taskmanager and right click, maximize the game from the application tab.

That's desync, I was sniping them from a police station this morning in it was a good 3-5 count before I'd see the blood splat and they'd drop.

Nothing new it's a lootsposion that happens with the pre .55 placeholder loot system. Somewhere else on the server it will be dry.
