I have this problem to all city... Ps. My system is Windows 8.1 pro

if i set all low i gain 5 fps out city and in city i gain 1 -2 fps out city 50 - 80 ( THIS IS GOOD ) the problem is in city only 25 - 35 fps (BAD FPS)

on ssd i have the same fps in city...
