Good grief. It's amazing how many people would be shit out of luck if someone hadn't come along and made a idiot launcher. Neither Commander or 6 is necessary to play DayZ. OP, Download the ArmA2 patches to your A2OA folder and update from there. For the maps, download them and drop the whole map folder (i.e. @DayZ_Celle, @DayZFallujah, @DayZLingor, ect.) in your A2OA folder. Launch A2 and enable the maps in your expansion tab. Then go to multiplayer and scoll through the available servers or use the filter to narrow down the search. then select multiplayer. Then use your filter to narrow down your search to the specifics you're looking for.

So players are "pussies" when snipers are camping "over a mile away" and aren't visible to said pussies? Way to go, champ. You win.

So does dying, respawning, and running right back to where you died with the intention of getting your gear back. So out of the 2 choices, I choose hide the body.

Meh, I feel just the opposite. I would like it to hit consoles. Not that I want to play on a console seeing as I don't even own one. I'd like it on consoles so that half the immature contards running around now on DayZ now would go back to playing on their consoles. (not saying ALL console players are little kids)

If you're stuck on the loading screen then you're trying to join a server running a different version/update.

Like I said before, me, as just a player on H.I.; I was very happy with the way you admins did your job. But, also as ONLY being a player, I don't know what's going on behind the scene between the admins and owner. That's why I've been asking. And DrTrollFace... me and you, right now, out behind the woodshed. We're going to settle this like gentlemen. :) Just kidding. I can rescind my hostility towards you like a man. So my apologizes.

What do you mean "DERP"? I didn't post the name of your server, so how can you say it isn't yours? Come on brother, what, do you need a tard whisperer to translate simple English in to moron for you? Because it's becoming increasingly apparent that you can't comprehend English. You guys didn't advertise your server here so I wasn't going to either. It only takes 3 seconds to find your server and web site.

I didn't say I was banned. I said I was automatically disconnected. How can I come on and be a bandit if I can't even make it past the lobby the very first time I try to join your server? If it's an issue on my end, I'll look in to it a bit more and come back and post with either success or failure when trying to join your server again.

Wasn't restarting as there were already 7~8 players in game. Wasn't the wrong server unless Big, Wooly, Solame, and Creep were all playing together on another server (which I know they're not). Yes, I do know which server is yours. I played on H.I. regularly and I know who the admins are/were. So again let me ask, where did you get my guid from if not from H.I.'s files?

Guys, I was addressing JTBlack in regards to donating. I didn't say donating is bad. I'm not saying you guys asking for donations is wrong. JT was saying H.I. was asking for donations and that was wrong (see his first post). I rebutted by saying you guys were asking for donations also, so does that make you wrong too. The point I was trying to get across was that it obviously doesn't make it wrong to ask for donations. @Frienemy and MrDragon If you didn't take any server files then why was I automatically disconnected from your lobby when I tried to join for the very first time? Running a server is not cheap. Many many many servers do ask for donations to help out, and that is completely understandable. What was nice about playing on the H.I. server was all the admins (including those posting above) and how quick they acted to resolve issues and kick those who needed kicked. Happy Isle was (for the most part) what it was advertised as; a no bandit, no pvp server. And that's because of the admins. What I am wondering is, why would these admins that left copy the server files files before leaving? Such an action doesn't make the admins look all too innocent.

What do you keep going on about, being run in a dishonest manor? Servers cost money so ASKING for donations isn't unreasonable. No one was forced to donate to play. These admins who left H.I. and formed their own server; they ask for donations also. So are you saying that they're dishonest too?

Everyone... as in all 3 of you? You're an idiot. To wooly and cheech... thank you for elaborating a bit more on the situation. That's all people are asking for. Not everyone is on the ts channel 100% of the time so not everyone knows whats going down. In fact, VERY FEW players use the ts channel. If people want to bad mouth a server, it's not unreasonable to ask for sustenance to back it up.

You're asking someone to prove something IS NOT happening.... what are you, a moron? That's like asking for proof that the Earth is not going to be hit by an asteroid on July 17th, 2027. The fact that's it's a top 50 server and that it's always drawing a crowd speaks for itself. Oh, and let me add this.. I have nothing do do with the server other than playing on it. I don't own it; I don't admin on it. Hence the reason I'm asking for the reasoning behind these written attacks against the server. It's easy for anyone to come along bad mouth someone or something. Not to mention now, out of the blue, there's people signing up here at DayZ with brand new accounts for nothing more than attacking the H.I. server. Is that just a coincidence? So if you guys are trying to make a point then why not actually do so. Like I already stated, for those of us who have no idea what's going on.

You're kidding, right? You're saying they're "already a major pain". They're suppose to be a major pain. In fact, they're suppose to be an outright threat to your existence. They should be able to break your bones. They should take multiple shots before being put down. The glitching through a wall... yep, I'm sure everyone agrees that's not right. But, number 1, that's the engine's fault, and number 2, they don't glitch through every single wall. So it doesn't take long before knowing what walls are safe to stand by and what walls to move a few meters away from. It's not rocket science.

You're saying the server's owner told his admins not to ban him from his own server... that makes no sense what so ever. But hey, who knows... I'm probably wrong. I mean, it's not like you would be here with no proof and trying to make his server, which is a top 50 ranked server, look bad so people would want to join your server. Please, a link to your evidence so us with no clue can see the big picture.
