That never happend to me before. SHOTGUN vs PICKAXE - an advantage for the shotgun if you are skilled. However, the player in this video breaks the "aiming-record" of my whole dayz experience. He should receive an award for the worst aiming :D

I wanted to say that your explanation sounds quite realistic. That the desync is a possible reason for that bad aiming.

If you are up to kill someone and just have to wait for the perfect moment, you will try to punch your opponent when he seems to be afk. As the guy who pretends to be afk, you have to react fastly. -
