I love reading people reactions on the new patch because all these emotions were already discussed at the release of the .42 experimental patch. The general storm rolling through here and reddit is pretty damm interesting to read.

The removal of the vaulting with broken legs has proved problematic for some people so if you find yourself stuck in a room let your buddy play some air hokey with you by pushing you through the door when your crouched.

In the electro school house second floor in the furthest most east room if you crawl in their with broken legs you will get stuck. This thread is not for assisting the assists in prison buildings, but to help those stuck in spots they can't get out of.

You are doing something wrong if you just wasted 2 1/2 bandage roles going from electro to Cherno. The zombies are not the best but why do you want them easier, I want them to be a challenge not an annoyance.

any ok, I thought you just found the one in 20 servers that had this problem. I haven't been on dayz in a few days is it safe to come on yet or are the connection issues still destroying the experience?

Since no one is offering you a solution let me chime in with one Have you verified your game cache? Have you re-installed? Try these because it looks like maybe your high res ground textures are corrupted.

It ain't a stupid question at all. Step 1) Open Steam Step 2) Open your Steam Library Step 3) Right click on DayZ Step 4) Select Properties Step 5) In the newly opened window navigate to the top and select BETAS Step 6) On the drop down menu surrently displaying NONE -Opt out left click on that Step 7) Select EXPERIMENTAL Now the experitmental will begin downloading and you are good to go! Heads up, make sure in the server browser in the filter you set the host name to Experimental and set ping to 0 (zero) that way you can filter out all the normal servers. Also make sure if you want to play on stable servers again repeat the steps above but changing experiemtnal to NONE - Opt out. Also the experimental hive is different from stable hive so essentially you can have 2 different characters. EDIT: Let me simplify this some more, you have 4 character save files heres what they look like. Profile 1 Stable Regular Profile 2 Stable Hardcore Profile 3 Experimental Regular Profile 4 Experimental Hardcore These are all seperate saves so essentially you can have 4 different saves.

I found if you set you ping to 0 (zero) and wait about 1 - 5 minutes the experimental servers will pop up.
