Honestly it's been a known bug for a long time and has been exploited too much. People dupe their gear this way and have infinite of all they want. Entire Clans wear the exact same attire from duping. Duping is a terrible exploit I wish will be addressed soon and fixed. By now it should have been fixed. It first came to be known when they implemented the 30 secs timer when you log out.

Welcome!! And thanks for the positive support! I'm proud to say that I've reported bugs none had reported before. (Not many but still, I do my part!) So please, yes, use the search engine before posting, as you can vote up the problems you think should be resolved in priority. (You'll be pleased to also see all those bugs that got fixed throughout development.

You can find sodas in market, industrial spawns, the office building, (sometimes referred as the school, but those would be the smallest class rooms in history!) civilian houses spawns (the few enter-able, notably the red two story house with a central corridor) but also hunting cabin and other spawns too. What you can do also is find a water bottle, and fill it in ponds and wells. Just make sure to boil the it before drinking, using a camp fire and an empty can. Good luck! And be sure to check some Youtube videos for some tips and advices!

When we got back in the server, we lost most of our team mates do to the time, and Weyland and I decided to go hunt for more game (rabbits, pigs, cows, deer, etc.) On our way east, we met encountered a survivor and went to talk to him. Meet Narc! After some chat, I gave him some spare matches I had and mended his cargo pants. He was very pleased to meet non-hostile players. We then parted our ways to continue our search for wild animals. We met with Snake on our way to Novo, and since I had everything to craft a fishing rod and fish (Even some spare gear, so we made 2 improvised fishing rods!) we tried that! (It was my first time testing the fishing feature of experimental. I have had all the necessary at least 6 times prior to that, but got killed every time was didn't get the chance to fish... :( ) With the good advices from our experienced fisherman Weyland, I've caught my first carp!! Enjoyed some experimental time earlier this week with Weyland and his pals. A bunch of really great guys! We had a really nice time. (until Pig accidentally killed Austin by punching him once, and Austin having a session lost/disconnect, which killed him... :o ) Meeting up with the guys. Waiting for Pig to come back as the server had just restarted. The plan was to look for new items, and search for crashed helicopter sites. Beautiful and quiet afternoon. Guys quietly disposing of zombies with their fists. :thumbsup: Spotted something in the distance... Yay!! My first heli crash site in the stand alone!! Paying our respect for our fallen comrade. Pig really felt bad after that. It was an accident, but still... No hard feelings Austin! Covering our fellas while they skin a pig. Time to do some cooking!! (Hmmmm, bacon!!! B) ) Setting up our camp fire. Sadly the server restarted and we lost our meat... :( To be continued!!

I play DayZ SA mostly to test its features and help out in the development. I started to play DayZ mod 2 years ago when it came out because I liked the open world and absence of restraining objectives. I really enjoy light role play and DayZ gives me this possibility. Also, for me it's the closest thing to the "zombie apocalypse" experience I' m trying to find. I play other games similar to this (Project Zomboid, The Dead Linger, 7 Days to Die, Infestation Survivor Stories, Dangerous Rays, Nether, etc.) and I like this genre. But for me, the environment in DayZ is the most "authentic" when it comes to nature and architecture. We'll see how it turns out in the end, but for now it's heading in the right direction in my opinion. The firefights are intense, granted, but I don't play for PVP, as there's already thousands of games out there made for that. To each his own.

I love the 1911, engraved or normal. Now on experimental, both show wear and I think it looks fantastic. I like the sound and the accuracy it has too. The M4 with only classic 30 round stanag is my main weapon of choice, but I honestly don't mind anything that's loaded. (except the sporter...I hate that thing... :D )

Combat logging isn't really possible anymore thanks to the 30 secs timer. When you log out, no matter where, your character is still in the server for 30 seconds. Also, if you decide to change server when you just go out of one, you'll get another 199 seconds timer before joining the new server, thus making ghosting very hard. (that's 2 good things right there) It all depends on the time all these events took. If you tell me that all that happened took 25 mins, then I doubt that they ghosted. On a last note, airfields and military bases are mostly KoS for players, but not all of them. I had encounters where both parties talked, and figured we were mature enough to get on our way, and share some loot without having to fire a single round. It's rare, but it happens.

You don't need to worry about Battle Eye if you don't use it. My advice, just dispose of the hacked ammo. Either throw it in the ocean, or put it on a dead body, then "hide" the body. Edit: Good job killing the hacker! :thumbsup:

I never felt so attacked for stating the obvious. Not that he cheats or hacks, since I never saw him cheat in any game, but that he picked hacked mags and that his team are clearly using duped items. It's sad really. I think it's really important when you come across this to state your implication in all this. From the video itself, it was impossible to tell. Having to go check the highlight of the Stream to justify his actions shouldn't be necessary. In this case it is, since it's the proof he didn't "know" about the ammo. (very hard to tell when he splits the ammo and you see infinite piles being created from the hacked ammo...) Thanks for understanding what happened and sharing your views on this too.

I saw something I really didn't like and shared my opinion since the comment option is not disabled. We are entitled to this. I didn't deserve all this really. Make annotations or reply with the facts of what really happened, but man, this is going to far. I always enjoyed your videos, and liked everyone I watched. Commented on a lot of them thanking you for your hard work. But when something goes wrong, it goes way out of control.
