Hmm. Maybe not completed yet, but the VSS and Red9 were both spawning in 0.57 experimental. That might have been a mistake to put them in the loot tables, but they were spawning, and were both functional.

found one in .57 on exp. and it worked fine. don´t know if if needs an mag but the one i found needs no mag. cool weapon :thumbsup: I think it needs a stripper clip, but if you don't find one, you can use the loose ammo to load it, similar to the SKS. Cool weapon indeed. B)

Thing is, anything WIKI related in the world can't be taken seriously.... Unless the devs themselves makes their own wiki page, using the data from their own game, the data on the wiki pages are provided by third party individuals, which isn't really reliable in my opinion. I trust you man, and respect you a lot, but it's just insane to compare politics to wiki. No matter if you vote or not, if you live in a country which has a government, not only do you have the right to criticize it, you must. If you don't, you're just a slave in a fictional "free" country. The current situation in our world, call it civilization, goes against the laws of nature, and is an insult to consciousness. It's sad, but true. Back on topic, until the game is finished, it's bound to change, but for the time being, having facts to understand the current state of the game is crucial, but missing. Personally I think it's been like that for a while now. Unless I get info from people I trust, or the devs themselves, the only other source of information I trust is my own experience with the game. Once we hit beta, this will probably be a thing of the past. Until then, let's just enjoy the game, as any other form of entertainment, if possible.

The thing is, I saw the VSS in action back in 0.57 experimental. We have to assume our scientific team is correct when they say this or that item doesn't spawn, as the only proof we could really have is the loot table. I can only depend on myself and those who I trust to let me know what's in the current loot tables, officially spawning, and what's not. For one, I can confirm that the plastic compass that was added in 0.54 doesn't spawn, at all.

Thing is, we always had rainbows in DayZ. The first time I ever saw one in the Stand Alone was in 0.29. They might have an overhaul eventually, as they were directly imported from ArmA2, just like the lightning strikes, which I haven't seen in a loooooong time. (Since 0.43/0.44)

This is highly likely, but remember that with 0.58, there's already a global wipe happening.

This is irrelevant in 0.58 experimental. The current 0.57 cannot be a reference, as it's already a thing of the past in the development process. In the current 0.57 stable, you can easily find 5.56 and .45acp ammo at crash sites. The TTsKO and Gorka jackets are at the prison island. Don't take this for granted, as it's gonna change in 0.58. Remember, it's a work in progress. P.S. : "Please report this to the devs!" Use the bug tracker to upvote any bugs that were already reported, or fill out a bug report yourself if you find anything. If not DayZ itself, I would really like to see a survival game, similar to DayZ, with forest fires, lightning strikes, hail and freezing rain, tornadoes, extreme cold or heat waves and various natural disaster like that, along with the classic infected/zombie, or not.

I've got an hunter pack with most of my stable characters, as well as the current experimental builds. In 0.57, I often come across them in deer stands, feeding shacks and various sheds. (The door-less, built with various planks, or the big beige/brown shed with the open-able door.) In 0.58 experimental, I didn't have much luck with the deer stands and feeding shacks, but was still able to come across a few in the sheds.

That's exactly what I've been doing for the past few months. I loved it when the big plague of starvation/no food anywhere hit us, only some of us survived. B) Patiently waiting for the next. :lol: :thumbsup:

:thumbsup: This would be amazing!!! B) Although you might have to start the "Suicide prevention group" again, like you did last year, as Aokigahara forest is renown for it's very high levels of suicides, growing each year... :(

Found many infected in various towns and village I've been, only seen one player. I have to say that the infected test servers lag a little more than the others. Small rubberbanding problems here and there, but very little. Was nice to see infected are back. Can't wait to see them with various clothing items and accessories.

Take the 1911, most powerful out there. I love when players spray and pray, while I aim and kill... B) Seriously though, placeholder, bound to change, and almost everything will have some tweaks and changes once we hit beta.

Yes. In early stage of DayZ there was some street lights in various cities and towns. I loved that.

Of all the various filters, "painting" is my favorite one, and I think it adds a lot to some screenshots. In fact, I like some of them more with the painting filter of the Deep Dream effects. "Truck in Novy" "Lighthouse on the Hill" I've seem many images posted on various social media with the Deep Dream "trippy" filter since the app came out, and I don't understand the trend really... :huh: I didn't even know there was other filters! Applied to screenshots like that looks really nice, at least for me. But the "trippy" filter? Disclaimer: KIDS, DON'T DO DRUGS! I've tried many drugs in my life, both natural or synthetic, and I have to say that nothing ever looked like those Deep Dream "trippy" images of people and what-not. Not even LSD. I mean, it's very artistic and all, but I read a lot of comments about how it looks just like this or that, when you're "on" a specific substance. Anyway, just my 2 cents. Very nice work Tatanko. As always, your screenshots are simply fantastic! :thumbsup: B)

It was just a server I logged in this morning, and stayed for about 2 hours. Wasnu logged in the same right after you left too! No, Odin is not my real name. Odin Lowe is a nickname I've been using for a couple of years now, and it's the same nick I use for almost everything gaming/internet related. I know you're not the big social type, but if we ever bump into each other in a server, feel free to say hi! We could just trade a few words and items, and then continue our separate ways. That's the first thing I tried when they were opened up back in stage 1 of exp 0.58, and was very sad to see you couldn't get access to the hatch and upper level. :( -
You had reasons to panic with what happened. Pretty intense. I'd say you handled it very well for 60 hours of gameplay! GG! :thumbsup: I'm sure it did the job at letting off some steam. That was a slaughter. :lol: As far as PVP footage, that was pretty good. I enjoy light-RP much and player interactions much more, but still, I enjoyed that video. Welcome back to DayZ! And good luck with your future videos.
