You find them at heli crash sites, the smoking UH-1Y ones. It's a coupled stanag mag. It's always been in DayZ stand alone.

Well, the inventory display is gonna change in the future, and it won't be too long. Also, the renderrer is having an update so we'll have to wait and see how the graphics gets tweaked when the big move is made and what eye candy will bring DX10/11. Lastly, you shouldn't play in a total dark room and should always have a light source. I used to do that, and it's very bad for your eyesight. B) CheerZ!

Basically you can survive any shot from any weapon in the game depending on circumstances. For me, everything that came under fire from an MP5 dropped dead like a bag of potatoes.

I hit the turbo and it zoomssss!! I don't have much problem with the V3S really. It easily turns to it's side like an SUV, but can be avoided by not turning the wheel too fast. I just tap it and it does wonders. -
Only when persistence won't be an option anymore, and even then there will be an adaptation time probably. I'd say much closer to beta in my opinion. Since the game is far from finished, I would suggest not looking for "endgame" much. (Like vehicles, tents, camp sites or the base building when it comes, as it probably will get wiped too when it first makes it's appearance.)

The suppressors are not bugged, but certain items, no matter their nature, sometimes still appear for some players while they were picked up earlier by another player. There used to be another bug related to this, were you could pick up the item in question, but it would disappear from the player's inventory who picked up the item before you. It was quite frequent when the inception of items still used to be in.

As long as we know which of public or private (and what private server in particular) will be used a few days before the event, I can gather stuff easily and I really don't mind if it's a private hive. (AS long as it's not the Colony server, as I can't join it at all since my __cur_mp.ebo problem. Searched everywhere for a fix or way to repair that, deleted files suggested, verified cache at least 10 times, and finally uninstalled and re-installed DayZ, to no avail. But, it's not that big of a deal since it's only with this server. (A bit sad still to be whitelisted and liking to play there but being unable to join.)

I'm in for sure! This is starting to get pretty interesting!! :thumbsup: How about an archery competition? I'll try to bring as much improvised arrows and bows as possible (with others doing something similar if possible) and we could set up targets. (Like teddy bears or something similar.) Can't wait to see the flare fireworks! :lol:

Isn't it already like that? I might not understand what you mean. I currently have 9 different characters. 1 on 3PP public hive, 1 on 1PP public hive, and 7 on various whitelisted/non-whitelisted 1PP or 3PP private servers. I switch to the character I want to play on the fly since they're all on different hives. Of course, I need my memory to remember which toons is on which server, but if it's too much, you can just make a list. I'm very happy with that. -

The first one I found was at this crash site. Mi-8 But usually they are found in the small barracks at the NWAF or Myshkino tent base. It is a pretty nice tent non-the-less! :thumbsup:
