I hate to complain as I honestly love this game, but if the new server change is going to force the time of day, can the time at least be set to the location of the server instead of GMT 0? It's alienating all the westcoast players.

A good suggestion, would be nice to see some added methods of camo. could even be used to better hide staches and traps in the future.

Starting to lose my mind. As a streamer and youtuber, FPS is paramount in delivering quality content to my subs, and I have tried countless ways to improve my FPS in DayZ. I am curious if this game is still relying highly on CPU or if the GPU has become a factor. I have a 3770k @ 4.5ghz and a 780ti. My settings are almost rock bottom and I still struggle to hold a decent 25fps. Has anyone had the same experience? Are there particular drivers that are best for this game?

Agreed this needs to be fixed, although im quite sure it has been mentioned many times. On the bright side it can really scare the shit out of people.

And you're absolutely right, 99% of games run perfect, even better so on Windows 8.1, but the devs are working on windows 7 machines, and have invested the time to make it work flawlessly on them, meanwhile not optimizing it for the new operating systems. Now, this being alpha it is perfectly understandable and my hopes are that they will address this issue very soon. But for the time being, It gave me an excuse to buy yet another SSD to load Win7 on.

Windows 8.1?

Jesus this game is in alpha, how about you reformat your post as a suggestion instead of a fucking whiny complaint. The game is currently stable, and the devs are working hard with their new found $12m in sales to make sure that it will blow people away. Those little finite details are great as suggestions, but they wont likely be integrated until the final stages of development.

I think it would be awesome to see some player/bush collision, where if someone is trekking through trees and bushes they would move and twist with the players movement. This would be a great way to tell if someone is hiding in a bush/tree, and would add more realism and a heightened sense of interaction with your surroundings.

Gotta say I would love to hear some 12 year old in the bushes screaming at his mom to get him another glass of chocolate milk.

Its windows 8.1 had the same issue and I rolled back to 7, and it works flawless.
