How about before you spawn you have to weight yourself on a on a USB scale, then your character will match your physical attributes. I disagree. If the weapon was an endgame type of item then It would be fine, but the fact that there are hackers, duplication glitches, and multiple other ways to make these types of weapons abundant which completely take away from the gameplay and just end up creating a freshspawn duckhunt. If you are a real good player, then a DMR is all you need to take down anything from a person to a chopper.

Thats actually a great point, try a defrag thats probably the issue, fraps is using too much CPU looking for clear sectors to store data in.
