I have played since May and have never been shot on the beach. It's all about the server... Find better servers.

I don't like playing with crosshairs or 3rd person but I wish we could get rid of the notion that adhering to some specific playstyle or another makes you a real mantm. We like different things, that's because we are different. Preferring some variety of pc game over another does not make anyone a better person. Let's discuss how DayZ can be improved, not who's being the most manly man. Please.

Looking for hardcore whitelisted server

Hehe, I was going to say BMRF as well. Linky: http://bmrf.me/ The #2 server has both 3rdP and crosshairs set to off, and there's a small modification that gets rid of sidechat. As far as I know, the M107 spawns but the AS50 doesn't. If you are EU based, or can play comfortably on EU servers, there's this one: http://mydayz.de/en/hive#gameservers Server #11 has proper settings too, and sidechat is off for everybody. Both servers have very active players and are often full or close to full. -

That's it, only the character who pitched a tent can move it. Stanag mags spawn in military locations like control towers, barracks, firestations and hangars.
