The early days of the standalone are far gone sadly, so I can't say I am. I only talk to Impuls, who reads the forum same as I. As for the devs' communication, it is clearly inadequate. All I can think of to do about it is moan a bit here and there, which I do with ever-decreasing frequency.

The moderators take breaks, sometimes long ones, I know I've taken at least three of them. With the forum being fairly slow, it's a good time to do that. Also, Ceppy still posts and I talked to Kichi yesterday. It's not a sign of the end times. Regarding 'who knows who in Bohemia', it shouldn't affect the forums in any way. As for being called 'paranoid and immature', I think everything has been said. Orlok explained himself, and I think his record here speaks for itself. Do you remember him ever being mean, petty or willfully insulting? I don't, not for the past seven years I've known him. Me, I'd understand that. Not Orlok. Isn't it time to let this go?

Sorry to hear you are leaving the server, and the reason why. I've been playing there too, but staying off the Discord for the very reason you mentioned. Too much anger, too little fun. Have you found someplace else for your future exploits?

I assume you bought the game from Steam. If you have played less than two hours and owned it for less than two weeks, you can get a refund through Steam. It is not possible to exchange it for something else, especially not xbox games as Steam doesn't sell those.

It's sort of implied in here: https://forums.dayz.com/topic/244356-news-regarding-the-2019-roadmap/ The survival mechanics were supposed to have been expanded upon in 1.02, but didn't make it in. Thus, we should see them changed in a later patch.

I have a hard time parsing exactly what the OP is about, but as far as I understand there was a disagreement with a moderator on reddit. That really doesn't have anything to do with us.

Some people want the devs to be more active on the forums, some want to insult them every time they show their face. My function is supportive of the former group. That was a friendly warning.
