I think a lot of these points would have been better as suggestions. Making a list of things you want in the game and then telling the devs to get cracking, seems a little bit... Well, arrogant. Lets leave the design decisions to Rocket, it has worked pretty well so far. -

I kind of like the fact that you don't know which language people speak before you talk to them. It adds something extra to encounters, an extra layer in the communication. And your english is fine.

I'm referring to the replies that target the person behind the post, not the post itself. Look through the comments and you should be able to see what I mean. Sure it can drift off-topic a bit, but when the argument gets heated it's better to focus on the point and leave the one-liners and memes out. Yes, a lot of the comments were good, my post was aimed at those that weren't. On topic now, please.

Single player games/small maps is not the same as multiplayer games/large maps. Dayz is multiplayer, has a very large map and an emormous draw distance.

I suppose I would be okay with sacrificing some shiny graphics, I already play on a low end pc, so it won't make much of a difference to me. I would be most happy with sacrificing time, though. I'm willing to wait a good long time for them to optimize the game, rather than losing view distance for example. Good question. -

Splintering Players Trough Server Options

I don't really understand how having server options would splinter the community. Just because people have different preferences and play on different servers, we are still one community. One forum (and reddit!). As long as the server options stay somewhat true to the original idea, I wouldn't say any were better than others. Just that some were better for me. -

There are two different axes, the splitting axe and the fire axe. The first kills in two hits, the latter in one. Equip the boxes in your hands, then you can access them. No need to put them on the ground. Maybe you should play a little more before making guides?
