Pretty much right, but there is a detail. The server won't be cut off from the hive, it's the server renters who will be cut off from 'their' server. In effect, the server is no longer being rented and will be taken down. They don't get to keep it, off-hive. Servers are currently rented from either Vilayer, Gameservers, GamingDeluxe, Multiplay or Fragnet, and these are the companies we should report abuse to. -

The devs aren't working on the mod and haven't been for some time. The mod is community run. The devs are working on the standalone game, now and in the future. EDIT: They call him Fluxley 'Fast Fingers' and he even has his own theme song. -

They have no such right. This isn't Battlefield, what goes on in Battlefield does not concern us. DayZ server hosters aren't allowed to ban anyone, or kick for disobeying home-rules like 'no KoS'. If a server hoster kicks/bans, please report them (here's how: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/158966-server-reporting/). It does have an effect. -

Did people find that very hard to read? Because I've been handing out a good few warnings after posting that. No more insults in here, make your points without getting personal! If you reported them instead of collecting them like pokemons, it would be really helpful. -

No, they are rules. If you report servers for breaking them (here), the servers get closed. This. All this. Please debate the OP's 'initiative', without resorting to insults. Remember, we are better than this. -
