Noone can give you a meaningful reply until you tell us your monitor resolution. More pixels require more processing power, playing at 2560x2048 is not the same as playing on a gameboy monitor.

There won't be a subscription, just the price of purchase. Marketplace won't be happening either, so you're in luck. Sales are unlikely since the game hasn't even released yet, but who knows what will happen in the future. -
