Merged. Also, what you are asking won't happen. They are getting banned, and that's that. No lynch mobs, no pitchforks, but a ban from BattlEye servers. -

Question regarding server admins and kicking players

AVG does have a User Interface, but I can't tell you how to open it. Luckily, this is easily searchable. Either in AVG's documentation, their forums or just by plain Googlin'.

Open AVG interface. Look for something that says something along the line of 'blocked' or 'unrecognized' or 'sandboxed', then click that. Have a look around. Change properties as necessary.

I dont understand why there is no AUTO RUN KEY!!!

No. Using an auto-run button is not the same as 'leaving DayZ unattended'. You would play the same way as you would without it, the difference being the need for pressing down 'W'. That is all it is, to press or not to press. It does not affect gameplay, it does not change the need for strategy or patience, it does not touch the fundamentals of the game in any way whatsoever. It takes some strain off your naughty finger while playing, that's it. -
