Epoch/Overpoch is not DayZ Mod. Try logging in to a proper mod server, it should work fine. I can't help you with those other mods, but you'll need to download something for them to work.

As far as I am concerned, yes indeed. It completely ruins the 'survival game' idea, and turns it into... Something else. Something that was not intended. Like this: I prefer Chernarus cold, scary and dangerous, without magic phone booth time machines.

Admins can't do that, it was probably a fellow server hopper. And yes, it is considered bad form.

There aren't vehicles in the standalone yet, they are currently being worked upon. Keep an eye on the weekly status reports, that's where you'll see the news first.

If you want to play the DayZ Mod you need to download and launch it through Steam. Moved to DayZ Mod troubleshooting.

Your best bet is to stop renting a server for a game that is still in development. If you think there is a 'FIX IT' button in the developer tool, an unfinished game might not be for you. Locked.

They are building the vehicle mechanics from the ground up, it won't be like it is in the mod. You can be quite certain that there'll be no fixing bikes with car wheels.
