I'm talking about whitelisted servers with plenty of people playing. I play on one such myself. All you have to do to find one is browse the server forum for a bit.

It's as easy as making a forum account and typing in your GUID. There. No rules, no compulsory text chat, no nothing. Just DayZ. But:

Each whitelisted private shard do their own whitelisting, most just need you to sign up to their forum and input your GUID. It's up to you to find one that suits you.

It's for DayZMod, it supports that. If you are talking about Epoch and such, you could try asking on the Epoch forums. It has nothing to do with us. -

First three are the same for me, then it goes Bandage, compass, map. I don't really use it for anything else. EDIT: I wish we could have a whistle, like a gymteachers whistle, that would be #7. -

Yes, but not at the same time. Arma2 and Arma2 OA needs to be launched once after they have been downloaded, then closed again. After that, all you need to do is launch DayZMod.

Aaaand, that's enough off-topic ranting for the Troubleshooting forum tonight. For now, OP has his answer. The game is still early in development. Case, and topic, closed. -

Because the game is in the process of being built. If you start polishing it, you'll have to do it again after adding more things in later. All games are developed like that, but normally you don't get to see it. In DayZ you do, if you want to and if you can live with it being unfinished. Of not, it would be better to wait for release. -

Yes. As long as the game is still in early development, it is. Features are added in first, then comes optimization, bug squashing and polish. -

I know a guy who only has to go once a week. I have no idea how that works, but it sure is facinating. That's, uhh... Definitely not how you get gonorrhea. I can't go into anymore detail here though, you'll have to ask your mum for clarification. As for the topic, is it really that controversial? I mean, it's a basic bodily function and everybody does it. No biggie. I don't see it on the roadmap though, it might have been pushed back (or even, sucked back up).
