It's a server setting now. There is really no way to know whether a server has it on or off, other than trial and error of course. -

I think the M4A3 has a vertical handle on the front, doesn't that make it more accurate? Not sure, but I think it says so on the wiki.

What I am saying is, you cannot make talking to you a requirement of joining a public server, there can be no 'whitelisting'. As for moving your thread back, it won't happen as it was in the wrong forum.
