If the 1600 is at least 20 dollars cheaper it would be a good idea. Only thing I can think of that you'd see a noticeable difference in ram speed is if you used the built in graphics in an AMD cpu.

mid 30s I guess. You'll prob want to turn most settings to low and put view distance as far as possible. IMO higher view distance is way more important than details.

You'll hit low 40fps in city, 60fps in forest with that setup. Pretty close to what I have.

SSD makes the computer feel more fluid and not laggy. SSD for OS/AV/ARMA2/DayZ and HDD for everything else. Just a HDD will do but when you go SSD, you'll never go back.

I'd love DayZ 9000x more if zombies didn't run. Esp when going into a small house with 1 way in/out. It would also be nice to have some sort of pushback option like in L4D2 and a block option.
