I like this idea and most of us have thought about it I dare say.. Spawning on the beach does have a much like " level 1" feel but shit it should be spiced up a bit with some random spawns on opposite sides of the map aswell.. but I dare say only on the edge of the map and not more inland than the edge. I think this kind thing of has to happen as it would detour the mentality of the " shit hole " coast spawn and hastles in the area. I'm almost convinced this has to happen. Also haha ! i cant beleive you said destroy the " text of when you spawn in" haa as much as I appreciate the idea i think it should stay. but other than that nice idea freind.

I like this guys ideas ! (ladas325) Except the " shortened day/night" like most the other people posting I strongly disagree with this idea.. But everything else you suggested is very good ! your english is fine aswell :D The idea with the torch attached to the weapon is great also as I am sure most of us have thought of this.. But i want to add my own little twist to this.. Make it so you need some kind of industrial style tape, electrical or gapher tape. Most of you should be familiar with these tape(s) i speak of :D And to take it one step further in an unrelated kind of direction.. maybe taping assualt weapon mags together saves a pinch of reload time ? that would be nice.. more so for the standalone title !

the idea is silly but i still appreciate the ppl who actually like it haha... I own a .303 le enfeild mark 2.. its an awesome weapon just not so awesome in dayz is all ! bolt actions are some of the most powerfull weapons available.. hence why the use a bolt !

I grew up around alot of guns.. and my input is this. I think the .22 idea is good.. the thing is this kind of weapon is designed for killing pests, birds, rodents etc hence the small calibur. The main use for a .22 could be for hunting animals in dayz. simple. :D

Zombie kids is a good idea but it will always be more of an effort due to all the people it would piss off.. like the chap said above about the pegi rating for example... Remember when L4D 2 came out in AUS ? and how much it got fucked on without us having the r+18 rating and because the attorney general is an old crusty idiot.. obviously we have the r+18 rating now but its still an example.. One of the main ideas i want to see in this game is customizable skins defentley.. like you suuggest, I have though of the same idea.. how ever many+ skins then you can adjust the colours.. the other said above " but everyone will use black and gree" well they coulde customise it even further so that people could only use certain colours for certain skins.. byt anyway.. anyone who is against this broad idea in general stupid because i dont think it would be hard for it to go wrong.. i mean its clothing and the colour of clothing ?

i AGREE with the different levels of infection for any given infected member but handling the weapons? I'm not really down with that. Maybe the odd infected mil has a pistol or mp5 here and there... In my oppoinion, if you want infected that will fire on you perhaps they more so would be NPC bots slightly infected.. I mean this in the sence that they still kinda come across as if they are running around like a player but now come to think of it i dont really even like my own solutions for what you suggested .. haha :D
