There are no SA PH's at this time, if a server has bypassed this in some way or other it is not official. The time will come when there will be a limited PH system, you will have to wait until that time and the Dev's decide it is ready.

I think you had better contact Steam support. https://support.steampowered.com/index.php You may post here with more details but this is not a DayZ problem. Check : for virus and malware. Steam permission in Firewall Steam client updates. Start games from Library, not desktop short cuts.

The server you join is having trouble fetching your data from the Hive. Not all servers are equal.

Nice idea but you need to improve the coordination and such but I'm sure you are aware of that already. If you have the hardware required Shadowplay allows you to capture the last few minutes of game play, unlimited in W8, up to 4gb in W7 (about 10 mins). Keep at it.

Find a server that announces restart times. If all players did the same, Server Admins and /or GSP's might re-think their policy concerning this unacceptable situation.

Loot spawns on the servers I play, both Stable and Exp, I'm not sure why you have so many troubles if you play on regular servers with a decent ping, are you forced to play on US servers like SmashT or Inception ? I don't remember them having loot spawning problems as such, perhaps you should ask your fellow countrymen to suggest or recommend a server for you. Good luck. -

You need to set your aspect ratio settings to the same as your recommend screen resolution and close the game. You can adjust to the correct screen resolution. Go into your sound options (little speaker tab) go to your default mic / recording / Communications and select the Do Nothing option. Might help, might not. -

Stop arguing amongst yourselves, if you have lost faith in the game then fair be it, say what you have to say and move on. Development is on-going, nothing is engraved in stone, anything could happen in the next half-hour. -
