GTX750 or superior makes little difference, the game at this time is heavily dependant on brut CPU power. Putting shadows on high will take the load off of the CPU and onto the GPU, the last time I checked there were no fps drop (for me). All this may well change as the game develops.

With those specs just set everything on high and drop down bloom and other effects to suite. -newui is WIP and not recommended at this time. Graphics do matter and add enormously to the game, if you have it (and you do) then use it. There are many user guides and recommendations but all are subjective. The link I posted above suggests that your PC MB/chipset will support a dedicated GPU. Things you should consider. Does the PSU (power supply unit) have the correct connections and give enough power to run the card you wish to install and will the the card fit in the case without interfering with the other elements ? Installing the card itself is a simple enough affair and many videos can be found on the subject. The cpu and ram are good enough, you will have to experiment with the ingame settings. Is that a laptop ? 1 : 3rd person is rendering more client side (try playing in 1st person on 3rd person server). + : Is a known problem as well you know, has been fixed once I believe, then broke again. 2 : Different play styles with undeniable advantage for those in 3rd person view. Title edited.

I had it running higher (4.7?) but it would check out now and again, probably voltage settings, so I have kept it to 4.2. Temps are lower than recommended and has never down throttled since. I'm a reasonable man...

Try tweaking in the cities (always in the same place), you may be able to improve on the 18fps you now have as a rule of thumb fps drop by half (50%) when changing view from forest to cities. *********************************** I'm running a 2500k @4.2, make sure you have a good cooler when OC'ing. 200/400 fps :o video or it didn't happen...
