If this has only recently started maybe you should do a scan and make sure your computer is clean. I use and recommend Ccleaner and Malwarebytes, both free, easy to use and available in your language. https://www.piriform.com/download http://it.malwarebytes.org/ This may not be the solution to your problem but it will certainly help keep you system healthy. You will be surprised how much Crap and malware can accumulate in a short space of time.

I really don't know what to add, have you set Steam & DayZ as exceptions in you firewall ? Try (not recommended) turning off your Anti-Virus. What CPU do you have ?
