Too many people come here Troubleshooting, the whole Epoch/Overpoch/Underpoch/Anyoldpoch modification is a bloody mess and is more trouble than it is worth. Try this,,,when you die go back to the main menu and select the character of your choice, repeat until the change holds with the selection you have chosen. Quit game, open game and confirm that you still have your selected character. Hit the Change Server tab (not Play). You may need to do this for each difficulty game mode. I got it to work doing this.

@ OP I have already merged one of your Topics, please stop making Topics. You have now posted this "comment three (3) times. Sound bug and invisible Z's are a well known problem, Rocket has commented many times in the past. Thank you.

See above or... Reset your controls to default. You will have to re-bind any modifications. Might help, might not.
