Even I get data :D You don't have to agree to the licence if it troubles you so much. If you don't like Steam or Origins on your computer, you don't have to use them, nobody is forcing you to play games if you don't want to accept the terms and conditions. Don't believe that "DayZ development team @ BIS and not BattleEye." misconception, they work very tightly together.

It could be server check delay. Why don't you make a bug Report then you can sleep at night knowing you have done the right thing.

Did you quit the game when you hit the Default/Reset tab ? If not you could remove your config/data file in My Docs/DayZ*name*.

You need to upload the screen shot to the Steam Cloud. Upload to allow public viewing. Right click on the DayZ icon in your game library/ screenshots / select the image and upload (public). Copy and paste the link here.

This is not a GPU problem, upgrading will not make any difference to DayZ at this time. There are noticeable processing increases when weather changes kick in, this should improve as the game is further optimised in the future.

You should be able to run it fine DayZ is more CPU intensive so the video card should be ok.
