What have you set your Shadow playtime to ? Try setting to Record only and see if that changes. You do not need to set to anything over 3 mins, when events start to happen 3 mins is enough and you can then go to direct recording.

Unscheduled restarts are causing many problems the last while. Rule of thumb : give the server a few minutes before trying to re-join or pick a server that is populated. If you notice an excessively long "wait for host" or other message, exit and try again. The server is having difficulty fetching your data from the central hive. -

GSP's have been having trouble since the update. Hicks has tweeted that talks are on-going to solve these issues. I was on your server yesterday, there were some unexpected restarts. I have no info on the Vilayer situation.

You might try removing DayZ from Steam and any associated files in SteamApps/Common and My Documents/DayZ. Then use a registry cleaner (I use CrapCleaner Registry Tool) and remove any DayZ files that are found. Might help, might not.
