Welcome, I hope you enjoy yourself in-game. I see you have been browsing the videos for tips. Take a look at Aggathor's WOBO videos, easy to follow and the most complete set that I know of. -
I've noted a few posts of this sort but not concerning any particular building, upper floors seem to be the common denominator. I believe you know where to find the Bug Tracker ! Thanks.

Best check your temperatures and DirectX instal. Does this only happen with your version of DayZ ? Read through the Stickies at the top of this page.
