Verifying game cache integrity works for legitimate people who have missing files or file checks that do not match latest version. Does not work for cheaters. If everybody that had a corrupt / missing file was banned as you were there would be nobody left to play. I will have a word with BEDev before banning you for spreading misinformation. PPS.

FPS: Do any low settings make performance WORSE?

I believe that some settings will put the load on the CPU when the GPU could be doing the work. The best way is to experiment and find what is best for your PC build. I've reverted to 350.12 for good measure but I'm certain that the main problem (for me) was geforce experience always running in the background even after going through msconfig options. For the little use that I have for shadowplay I decided to not install geforce experience, you might try running 352.86 without if any of your are having problems other than graphic glitches. -
