I am suggesting that you may have a more balanced performance with 8 mb of ram rather than 12. Although DayZ SA is CPU intensive it is important to select the correct vram value (I do not trust the "auto" option myself). However this should not interfere with DayZ SA performance as a whole. What amount of video ram does your GPU have ?
