Gillie suits are "problematic". Watch out for your backpack ! I've been unable to give blood to someone wearing a gillie suit ! There was a problem reported when server & player are running different versions of the Mod. That is why I asked which version are you running, you have not answered the question, if it is an older version.....

Bear traps are risky buisness, if you place one and then decide to move it to a different position, the first, even though not there will still spring and break teh legs. As to the question, I'm not sure if it's a Server restart or the character dying that glitches. I'll go for a server restart being the problem as I've lost beartraps before without reason.. The "bug" is on the fix-list somewhere.

If you mean rolly pollys,,, look for "evasive right/left" in the control setup. You can map the same key to lean L/R, when you are prone this will make you role over. Might help, might not.

What version are you running of DayZ & BIS Beta ? Which servers are you trying to connect to ?

Disable DayZ. You will find a couple of Stress Tests in the SP missions that will give you an average FPS.

Try re-setting the ingame graphic options back to default and build up from there. I would also say V-sync but 50 fps down to 15 does not explain that. Latest drivers... Did you know that there are stress tests in the vanilla game (do not load DayZ) ?

The demo is not the most optimized thing in the world to be quite honest. You are just at the limit with your system but it should work ok, no more,no less, just ok. As for the Game itself, ArmAII/OA/CO, it will bring your machine to it's knees. Just being honest.
