@ wickedinsane Sounds like the server needs a restart, has always been a problem and still is, to a certain but lesser extent.

A little more info will help, were you able to play before, Steam or retail,,you know just basic info...

Not a good buy to play ArmA 2. Not enough ram to run W7 for starters ! Very slow HD is not going to help ! If you are thinking of buying to play ArmA 2,,, don't do it.

Would you try to join a vanilla ArmA2/CO server and see what happens. Disable DayZ mod in the game expansions list and restart. Use the in-game server browser to search for a joinable game.

Sounds like BE needs to update. Try to join a server with the best ping possible and a low player count. I've done this in the past and BE has loaded/updated within a couple of minutes, then join your regular server. Might help, might not.

Go back to the tent, move some stuff around and save. Once the tent has been accepted by the server you can longer pack the tent. Same thing once you die.

Do you have a 120 mhz montor, I doubt it Activating Vsync has nothing to do with capping fps in this case. If you have nothing useful to add to the OP's question don't comment. @satris, do other games have the same problem ?
