For your information, these "gliches" were present before the latest/last build of DayZ. As a player... As far as I have been able to assume they were there before the last offical ArmAII official build. At that time the artifacts only appeared at dusk time in game, while looking towards and through/at certain objects. I tested this with two other people using the same game version, all of us using Nvidia GPU's. As the BIS beta's moved on, different ways of calculating lighting/time were implemented, mostly concerning over lighting or tone mapping. This is going back to mid June. I personally believe this is where the problem lies, combined with elements used in the DayZ Mod. This is my own opinion, I do not have any inside information as such. No DayZ PBO's are to be changed/manipulated. Thanks.

If you are unable to resolve the problem with the above solutions and I suggest you try without running DayZ or any other modifications / beta's. I spent nearly an hour trying to find what happened to the Thread, I have asked my fellow Mods about it, no one knows. For all I know it could have been one of the Dev's that took it out and I'm putting my neck on the line by restoring the Topic. It's derps like you that make these forums feel so good. Ok, its a known problem. Make a report in the Bug Forum (follow the guide lines) correctly. I will validate. This will not help you in the immediate, so you will have to find someone to fix you up or put you out of your misery. Good luck.

This is the Off-Topic forum. Before making a Thread use the SEARCH function or at least lôôk. Oh BTW... "I'm going to start giving WARNINGS to people who start Topics when there is no need. There is a SEARCH function / tool,,, use it. The Forums are under a heavy charge, starting / adding a Topic when there is already more than one on the same subject and often on the same page, is not helping in anyway whatsoever."

We do not have the resouces to moderate the Forums in other languages than English and Russian at this time. I don't mind doing a little googling now and again but this sort of stuff is really not my domain. We do have someone but he is very busy and does not have the time to go through the Forums.
