What makes you certain it was the environment that killed you ? I am always very wary when entering castles, or anywhere for that matter. Even when you choose to play on a low populated server Murphys law always plays a part. All I see is someone running around like there is no tomorrow and dies, probably shot through the head. I know all of the risky geometric areas and this is not one of them. You will have to do better than that and provide something more tangible before you come here ranting and raving about development and all.

This test was done in the house with two stairways leading to the upper floor apartment. I had the thermometer in hand while sitting in front of the fireplace, checking both wet status & body temperature every couple of minutes or so.

Did you clean the wound or take anti-B's ?

So to sum up this topic : mookie + Weyland = total - logic : ÷± = ²◘ Which would indicate using the my squinty eyed calculations that the reasoning of this Topics existence is corrupt and of ¿ value. However, that being said I don't really see the suggested N°s as being a surprise to anyone in the given situation at this stage of development. ​Of the eight people with whom I have played both DayZ mod and Standalone with since the very beginning, all are quietly waiting for the game to mature, I keep them informed in a subjective manner and it is accepted that 0.58 build will be worth giving it a go by all those concerned. Some of them have tried other survival games, Rust, H1Z1, Ark and even Constipation (or whatever the name is :D ) but none have really caught on in the same way DayZ has and remains by far the most popular for myself and my buddies. Development of DayZ will continue long after the release of the game is completed (0.1) and with the implementation of modding, possible new maps and other player content (modding in general) I very much doubt that the above N°'s are of any relevance or representative of the sum of all fears. Not Locked...

As noted in post#1 Incorrect character animations at the Main Menu. ***************************************** I've tested in house fires + temperature (with thermometer) + wet status everything appears to be working, unless someone can prove otherwise. I did lose some sticks that I placed in front of the fire grate but I believe this is more related to some items getting lost in certain buildings.

The disappearing fireplace act bug seems to be fixed (unless anyone can prove otherwise). :thumbsup:

That's enough. There will be character wipes when deemed necessary. What the Devs should or should not do is also WIP.
