Not a good buy to play ArmA 2. Not enough ram to run W7 for starters ! Very slow HD is not going to help ! If you are thinking of buying to play ArmA 2,,, don't do it.

Would you try to join a vanilla ArmA2/CO server and see what happens. Disable DayZ mod in the game expansions list and restart. Use the in-game server browser to search for a joinable game.

Sounds like BE needs to update. Try to join a server with the best ping possible and a low player count. I've done this in the past and BE has loaded/updated within a couple of minutes, then join your regular server. Might help, might not.

Go back to the tent, move some stuff around and save. Once the tent has been accepted by the server you can longer pack the tent. Same thing once you die.

Going through your post I see you have tried nearly everything. As BriteLite says : You should see something like this. Nvidia Control Panel / 3D parameters / 3D Parameta control / program, then select ArmAII. May not be exactly the same, my computer speaks French. Good luck. -
Well you have done so, lets hope that no spam/bots infest your Topic because rare are the people who take the time to hit the little Report button, if you know what I mean. OK, back on Topic, I had a lot of fun running around in a bus but my favorite has to be the Old Bike. Get's you there in no time, is silent and auto washes itself when broke. EDIT : Tractor is good, you can go anywhere, rain or shine.

Do you have a 120 mhz montor, I doubt it Activating Vsync has nothing to do with capping fps in this case. If you have nothing useful to add to the OP's question don't comment. @satris, do other games have the same problem ? -
Use this to test your ping, you can select a server near you. http://www.pingtest.net/ Then conect to a DayZ server located near you. Don't touch your ports.

Do you have a 120mhz monitor ? I had to activate Vsync. Did you try vanilla ArmA ? Can you please use default text settings, I can't see your post... Thanks. -

Find a Bus, drive around giving people a lift here and there. That is fun. Shoot the infected in the kneecaps (AKM will do the job) and watch em do the chain dance while you loot the town. That is fun. Best of all, try playing the game,,,loads of fun.
