Most certainly you will be able to run it well, how many fps depends on how optimised and what services you are running in the background, so that is a question that nobody can answer.

Not always true. ArmA is very cpu intensive as is Red Orchestra and some other games. The 6820 is a good all round card, not the best but reasonably efficient. A better and faster GPU is always welcome. Just saying.
