First thing you need to know is that you do not need to run Steam to play ArmAII/CO. Steam/steamapps/common.... Iuse SpiritedMachines ArmAII launcher to run and organize everything ArmA. You need to give more information. Which version, retail or Steam, have you managed to start vanilla ArmAII/CO. No one can help you until then.
