There is no ArmAIII DayZ mod and no support will be given. Both are seperate BIS titles and DayZ has a 2012TM. You can start the Steam version directly from the ArmAII/CO folder without any programs running in the background. DayZ Commander is fine for DayZ but goes no further. For a broader choice of launch options use PlaywithSIX or SpiritedMachines ArmAII Launcher (recommended by myself). You might be stuck with that. Up until ArmA3 BIS releases were staggered. 1st were the "Eastern" contries. Then came a German release (I hopped over the border to buy a German copy). Then a European release, UK, France, Spain with the different language PBO's. As far as I know the first two are still hard locked. There are user made mods that will do the translation, I used a German to English mod/pbo for a while back in 2009. The trouble being that servers will recognise this as unacceptable mod and refuse the user to connect, unless the server allows for the specific pbo. Might help, might not.
