I took two full frontal blasts from about 4/5 metres distance, the first put me in a total state of shock and the second killed me, you are dead... So as far as I'm concerned they are working rather well.

I expect they are just another bug or something that slipped through the net and aren't really meant to be there, unless the Devs are hatching a dastardly plan to pacify players into believing there are none and Z's only appear and come to life when shots are fired :o

I think they are broken, although there is a trick to get them working I believe. You will have to Search for the solution unless someone can help you out.

Took two shotgun blasts to kill me the other day and I read that Hicks took some damage wearing his plate carrier but survived to tell the tale. The last time I fired on someone with a peashooter trumpet wasn't very successful to be honest, I did manage to escape a dodgy situation by legging it outa there in what I would term as a strategic withdrawal :D

You never did read the Rules it appears, no I'm not talking about cross-posting or multiple Topic creation for which you have been warned several times. Forums encode the PW in the data base, for that which is stored in your browser I can do nothing. I use a program called CCleaner (crapcleaner) which allows me to save cookies (forum passwords for example) so when I do a sweep to clear my browser the saved passwords are kept. I run it on startup but you can do a sweep manually. It is free and I recommend it highly. Try it, a clean computer is a happy computer !
