Ignore the ignorant Grumpy. The support system is being revamped, at this time certain types of tickets are being delt with but the renewal of ip's has some problems, it is however being looked into and should be fixed ?soon?. Due to technical issues, I cannot even attempt to give you an answer. -

You two might know but a lot of new players have no idea, they just buy the game because they want to join in the fun and get stuck with the instalation system. Although there are many Guides available, including a full Stickie in this Forum section, one more easy to follow video is more than welcome.

Different surface noise levels for each, means that Z's will hear you more distinctly on gravel or concrete exterior than on grass. This is my understanding of how it works. Correct me if I'm incorrect (R4ZOR) !
