I've found epi-pens during testing, so I believe so. Also check to see if the Respawn option is available when you are unconscious. I haven't really had the chance to play since the game went live so I am assuming that things have not changed.

During testing some of the people who are in Aussie were playing with high pings. Maybe Smasht or Inception could give you a heads up on how they got on.

Good question, i have absolutly no idea how despawn works at the moment. I assume however that when you hit Respawn, the warning that comes up will hold true and your character and data (gear) will be removed. Don't quote me on that, as I said "I assume". I'll try and get an answer for that one, don't hold your breath tho.

I believe that the contents will substain damage at a higher rate.

Don't know to be honest but the trouble is finding the weapon/ammo/sights/suppressor/stock and getting to loose of a shot. I did find one once in pre-alpha testing, fully equiped but the game version changed before i used it. Now I'm not sure if the fully equiped gun is in the released game, I hope so.
