Never used the option myself but in theory you can backup your gamess onto a support (external HD for capacity). Once you have installed Steam on the new system you should the be able to add them onto your new system. Personally I woudn't bother with that, just download the games as and when you wish to play them. Maybe someone who has already done this could give more information on how it works.

I think they do work if you have a full battery and someone to talk to on the second unit. Needs someone to emit and someone to recieve. Maybe set to same frequency. Not able to confirm, so I may be completely wrong.

Turn away from the town and look towards an unpopulated area, your fps will improve. 30 fps is not the end of the world. Client side optimisation is planned.
