DayZ Mod or DayZ SA ? If the later and you are using XP then you are out of luck, it may run but is not supported. If you are talking about the Mod (ArmA2/CO) there should be a solution out there somewhere.

Using EPOCH: 1.0.3.1 Using Namalsk: 0.75 This is where the problem lies, no doubt. Try and join a vanilla DayZ Server. I believe there is an oficial servers only filter option in DZC.

Better give more details, which Mod if not DayZ Official are you running. How are you starting up DayZ (DayZ Commander or other). Version N°. I am not very knowlegable in this aspect so you need to be more precise, so that others may give thier advice.

This could be a Server side filter problem. Do you have this on all servers or just the one you joined. More details might help.

Changing graphics card will have little to no effect in your situation(s) I'm afraid. The game is very, very CPU intensive, even on a decent computer changing the GPU will only give you limited improvements. I went from a gtx460 1g vram to a gtx660 2g vram and the result was at best 5fps increase, all this on a i5_2500k (DayZ SA).
