I beg to differ but MB choice is all important and if your psu is lacking then you will have all sorts of problems. Rossums is also correct concerning laptop performance with the latest CPU's. Also consider that there is a difference in performance when different screen sizes are involved. Nice effort but you are trying to define the undefinable.

Do you have a Legal Retail/Steam/ copy of ArmAII/CO ? You seem to be having a lot of troubles that regular players do not have. The Way It's Meant To Be Played, is not how you are doing it. -

Contact BIS with proof of Purchase and they will help you if all is in order. I believe you have to go through BIS Store support. Other than that there is no other solution. -
