Ah, you've found the Land of the Dwarves. Trpaslík means "dwarf" in Czech. You want to be very careful... there are reports of players going missing near there... nothing in the logs, of course... but still... -

I agree. I know the map too well, I know the game too well. I remember the days when I'd spend hours wandering around wondering where the hell I was... sounding out the names on Cyrillic road signs... finding new and strange places... overjoyed at finding a tractor or a can of pop "in the middle of nowhere". Now I just... know it all. To use Frankie's term, I'm no longer a "bambi". Actually he'd still probably call me a bambi, the condescending prick.

There have been some people complaining about the time of flight issues but there shouldn't be anything as bad as you're describing... like Jordan said it's probably server lag. I can see problems with the option to disable gore on an online multiplayer game, at least player-side. Lots of games have gore these days simply because games these days have better special effects. IMO gore only becomes a problem when there are emotional ties involved. No one cares about blowing a zombie or alien head off, people perhaps a bit more...

Because I don't think zombies should equal "throw all realism out the window". Why a scoped Enfield? What's the difference between that and any other scoped rifle? The suggestion doesn't make sense to me, and if there should be a scoped WWII rifle it should be a Nagant.

This is how I believe it works but I could be wrong... The head has an armour value, say 0.3... and let's say the person overall has 1800 hit points (haven't checked). The head is a vital part and if destroyed will kill the entire character. 1800 * 0.3 = 540, so if the character's head takes 540 or more damage, he dies, if it takes less, he can still live. I don't know the figures and I'm too lazy to check...

I like it better, it has a far superior sight IMO, the dot is nice and precise and it has a huge field of view. Other than that it's got the full auto option with M16 accuracy.

I'm not above drinking out of rain puddles on the pavement, especially if there's a bit of Ritalin mixed in. It tastes much like normal water, just a bit oilier. The bad stuff is the muddy puddles - I took a sip once and was spitting out grains of sand for quite a while. Horrible. I don't know how the DayZ stuff would taste.

Ghillie and camo, both 0.4% in residential areas, camo 4% at heli crashes, ghillie 2.5% at heli crashes... at least those are my calculations. So Camo is almost twice as likely to be found at heli crashes like Heathcz mentioned.

Heheheh this is ban appeals, so if the admin really banned you "for killing him" you're probably shit outta luck. ;) I've seen people say similar things before and the admins have come on and explained why they were banned, in some cases it was a mistaken ban, in others, not... either that or the topic gets Graveyarded. You should give more info than a single unpunctuated, 9-word sentence...
