Can I point something out here. It is possible, actually. Think about it, if a rag tore to much, it would have too many holes, and be to loosely fitted to be able to actually stem bleeding. On top of this, if it's dirty you will infect yourself and the wound, maybe even going worse and forcing you to lose the arm. So yes, it is VERY POSSIBLE for rags to be ruined to where they cannot be used.

That would be due to the fact that DayZ is running on a modified Arma 2 engine, it's no surprise that they haven't taken out the base models and vehicles as of yet. The difference is, they can't be used, and more then likely will not be used as the Arma 2 vehicles are far to unreliable and unuseable in the DayZ world Rocket stated he wanted. Vehicles should be found with missing doors, panels and such as far as I remember and those base vehicles are not programmed for that kind of fixability and customization.

So I'd say what we can gather here is really. People whom are in groups are rarely anywhere big, you'd find them looting small places by day out in the middle of no where and by night doing some raids on say NWAF tents to get good gear and then going away. All the youtubers and such are either setting things up or random planning, streamers it's rather obvious as people will just be stream server watching, hopping in and hoping for their chance at a win kill on them. But really, it's to early to say where any major action will be, Balota seems to be the strongest point, and then the military base next to Pavlovo, followed by the coast on the south from west to east, and then it's the NWAF. After that, it's looking to be a case of jsut pure luck. Am I right?

Well hello! So here's the question, right and straight forward, where the hell is everyone on this game? We've been watching the servers for a while now, me and a group of 4+ and we just can't see how others are getting so much action. You watch streamers, youtubers and so forth, and look at all the action they get, firefights at NWAF, shoot outs in the apartment complexes. And yet, we cannot hardly find anyone! Here's the ways we do find people, but they are minimal. Balota Airfield - This seems to be a very popular spot for server hoping and fresh spawns. This has to be the only place we get action, and I mean anywhere. The best we've had was two four man cells running up either side, apart from that. It's a fresh spawn, which we aren't interested in, we aren't bandits against those kind of people. (Okay, we may run up and punch a new spawn for a laugh once in awhile, but that's about it) Military bases up the west side - This one only seems popular with server hoping, hiding in the police station and hoping from one to another, killed over half the players I've fought with due to this. They just spawn in out of no where. North West Airfield - One person, that's it. We've sat up there for maybe two hours once, full server, players always swapping in and out, but still nothing as far as what others are having. The cities? Well, they just seem lag infested FPS wise and empty apart from the new player that knows nothing and maybe someone desperate for food. -- All in all, we just cannot seem to figure out where the hell other people are. Fancy sharing your stories? Where do you find the most players? Where do you go to get an adrenaline kick of a fire fight?

Slight update to all those that are interested. The mission has been updated to include a total wipe and update to the latest our host uses, with this I've now taken the time to implement the Refueling scripts for the Fuel stations. Now I have my projects listed out to re do a lot of the roads, seeing as I have removed all DayZ's pre placed rubbish and Clutter. (Mostly because of how unrealistic and flat out stupid some of it it.) After that project I will be looking in to doing work on the airfields to make them a little more 'apocalypse' like. (As you can tell this is a long term project, so expect updates over time).

It was popular, for a time as one of those No Bandit things, but with constant server changes and this host screwing up and then that host failing, we declined and lost nearly everyone. So! Try again, yes? Well why not. This isn't the only server we feature. We bolster a 20 Slot Wasteland server, and a 8 Slot (Soon to be bigger as it's nearlly always full) Origins server. The Origins was originally intended to be a little thing we did in private, but since opening it up it's been a popular. But that's not all! We don't just play these, hell, hop in Team Speak and say hi. We tend to play all sorts of games to, because if you just played DayZ it get's boring as hell after a while. Simcity, Arma 3, Killing Floor, CS:S, CS:Go.. just to name a few. Pop on say hello. Yes, there's usually an admin somewhere if not everywhere. And our server takes backups nearly every hour, so don't fear if you lose everything to a hacker, best bet you'll loose an hour to a few, nothing more. We knew it wasn't our server because we're talking with Cheech and you mentioned his players, not ours. That's how we knew.

In future inquire as to which Server you are playing on to avoid confusion. Like I said, we didn't copy the server files, you could join ours.

Auto Disconnecting is nothing to do with us. If you said banned then most likely you came on and we're a bandit or broke our rules and we're banned. I don't know what you want from this. Even someone like yourself should be able to diagnose a problem like auto disconnecting. If it said banned then that's you breaking the rules of the community.

Funnily, Cheech you we're using (to start) templates and a server file created by me. So really. He's stealing from both of us, as I never gave him permission to continue using that. So if you want to criticise us, so be it.

Be careful of who you criticise, Frienemy did not take anything from his server. We started from scratch.

MrDragon here. Or if you are from Happyisle, Bambi Dum Dum. Bambi Thomas as well as Scrumpy Jacks. Yes. Those that kept getting unbanned, 'hacking' the server and being a bandit. I was apart of Flawz little killing team, we went around and trolled the server basically. he's not so much of a saint, as well as this alter ego that is Jizzy does not exist, that is in fact Flawz. I left because I do not like people treating me like an object. "Do this, do that, make this for me, I want you to do this." I wasn't even APART of the CCPD. I refused to become apart of it several times. But Flawz kept trying to make me, I had the senior admin team remove me after Flawz forcefully made me apart of his admin team. But I left silently. Then I see alll of this. The server is no saint, your money is going towards his personal ownage. He's bought a PC with that money, Black Ops 2 for himself and friends, and mass bought Garrysmod and paid others for services that had nothing to do with HappyIsle. The server wipes? We're a money making way. I'd already explained to him how to fix things, backups we're fine. There was no mass hacking. Believe whatever you wish. I am a man that speaks the truth, and as for being called a backstabbing Prick "Mr. Jizzy" I never stabbed your back. Good luck with that one, I walked away and that was all there was to it. I could of given away all the information I had, access to the SQL, Admin password, Admin Map. No I'm not that kind of person, you want to have a pissy fit over the fact I have a life that doesn't revolve around other peoples desires, so be it.

For those that have been watching this thread simply for the interest of seeing what things we can do for the community, I bring you our latest updates. I have recently been working on a improved Balota and it's airfield, it's nearly done and will be pushed out today, after this North East airfield is being given a Civilian makeover and a more prominent spot on the looting board. On top of this I've been experimenting with a possible DayZ mission itself, possibly on the focus of surviving a military invasion to wipe out the problems within the region by force. You would be a lone survivor who finds others like yourself, you have to loot and find gear before attempting to cross the border. It's an idea of many I am toying with, the biggest problem I have with the DayZ community is the lack of content that is being produced. It goes against the entire Arma community, when new content is given it's taken and given even more by the community behind it. Here, it seems that we are being limited and at many times beaten in to not doing it. Thankfully I'm not a person to simply back down, I will also be looking in to ways to unblacklist many non armoured and un-weaponised vehicles in the coming days. To give more to the community.
