Best anti-cheat system?

So basically I'm looking for information on what is the most effective anti-cheating system.

There are a few possibilities, such as DayZ Antihax or Gotcha anti-hack etc.

What system would you recommend? Do you have any experience with them, good points bad points etc?

Actually they told me Gotcha is the most efficient right now, and i am fine with it for now.Didn't have a single cheater after i installed it (only people with hacked weapons)

Spectator Tool

Custom server side scripts (Disable certain keystrokes) & the one Vilayer is using even tho some people managed to bypass that.

Custom publicvariablevar filter to kick when players are having hacked weapons in their inventories (you can find it on this forum)

The kicking for hacked weapons and keystroke disabling pretty much pisses off most of them and they give up :)
