Head SE(aimin for nw af), and raid and hunt on the way? ;)

Depends on what you need I suppose

Guns/ammo: Well, you're near NW Airfield, pretty self-explanatory

Food/Drink: Hopefully you have hunting supplies, in which case just hunt, otherwise it's best to head to Vybor supermarket and office, I dare you to not come out of there stocked with food.

Blood: Go hunting if you can, otherwise get a friend with a bloodbag or call one of the medic clans for help.

Bandage/Morphine: Hopefully you aren't bleeding or have a broken leg, if so see above, otherwise try Vybor then head for either Cherno or Berenzino.
