WolcottBro 9 Posted October 2, 2012 Hi guys, Yesterday I just left the game with all my stuff (pretty cool stuff) and Today, I Join another server and Guess what? I'm still alive but off map, with my ghillie suit but everything else has vanished, no more stuff, no weapons, no bagpack, nothing just my ghillie suit. So I left this server and joined another and guess where I am? WolcottBro 9 Posted October 2, 2012 I didn't ALt-F4, that's weird, Anyway! A friend of mine came with a bus to pick me up, We went to the NW airfield, we've killed one guy and found M107, M4A1 CCO SD, Mk48 Mod0 and other, NVGs, GPS and other stuff so i'm all ok again. Before this issue I had a DMR and a M4A1 Holo M203 so It's ok now, I Just hope that ain't gonna happen again! Ahaha Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Melosira 0 Posted October 3, 2012 I've had this happen a lot. And yes, it always happens when you have the best gear. I finally snagged an L85A2 the other day, logged out, logged back in a few hours later and found myself on the coast with no gear. I never even got to fire a shot with the L85A2.I've seen some discussion about wearing ghillie suits, and logging out while standing or being prone in thick brush. Seems the interaction of the ghillie and tree branches, etc in the same space causes some failures when logging back in. I'm to the point that I won't wear a ghillie suit anymore - it seems my odds of spawning gearless on the debug plains increases every time I wear it. Could be a coincidence, but I think not. In fact, I think it can happen logging out, prone, in brush without the ghillie suit. If I'm careful about moving out into a clear area before logging out, I've yet to respawn in the debug plains.
